Delivery Manager • Solutions Lead • Technical Mentor
Building teams, systems, and clarity. One step at a time.
I’m Zara Andreeva - a delivery manager, lead software engineer, and mentor helping teams ship reliably while keeping people at the centre.
Delivery strategy built on empathy and technical depth.
I started my career in Bulgaria as a software engineer and grew into leading teams delivering complex enterprise systems. I’ve experienced the journey from junior developer to lead and delivery manager, which helps me connect both with engineers and stakeholders.
Today I focus on creating healthy delivery structures, clear communication, and sustainable processes for teams working on large-scale, long-running products.
